Concealers are one makeup item I absolutely cannot live without!! I’m going to share my top 5 concealers with you, but that doesn’t mean I am stopping my search for the next best thing! 😉

Hard Candy Glamoflauge provides some seriously heavy-duty coverage. It’s thick and very pigmented, and will last all day. I use this to cover acne scarring and a few areas that are sun damaged on my cheeks. Personally, this is too thick to use under my eyes. It gets cakey and creases. If you have tried Make Up Forever’s full coverage concealer, this is a great alternative for a much lower price.

Laura Geller the Real Deal Concealer provides even more coverage! This is the most concentrated, pigmented concealer I’ve ever tried. You need only the tiniest drop. It’s somewhat of a dry consistency, and this doesn’t work under my eyes either. It’s great for heavy-duty coverage on acne, scars and discoloration.

MAC ProLongwear concealer is probably the best concealer out there, in my opinion! It’s really versatile. It’s a fairly thin consistency, but it’s packed with pigment. It covers really well even though it feels nice and light! It will last all day without budging or fading too! I can use this anywhere, under eyes, acne scars, discoloration. I’ve found this is also great to do a little highlighting and contouring.

NYX HD concealer is another favorite. I would say this is more like the MAC PL concealer than the Hard Candy or Laura Geller concealers. It’s very lightweight and has some slip to it. I love to use this under my eyes after I use a dark circle corrector. This is an easily buildable concealer that provides good coverage. Make sure to let it set and then dust with loose powder to set, so it lasts. NYX HD concealer comes in corrector colors, but I haven’t tried those shades.

Pixi corrector

Technically my next choice isn’t a concealer, but a corrector. Pigmented and creamy, yet heavy-duty, the Pixi Correction Concentrate will hide the darkest of under eye circles. I love this product! I pat a little on with my finger and let it set, then apply a concealer on top and dust a little loose powder to set and prevent creasing. Are you concealer obsessed? What are some of your favorites? I’d love to hear, so I can add more concealers to my wish list! :) Leave me a note in the comments!
